Online courses require no management of physical classroom space, and lecturers who might not be available during a specific day or time for an in-person class can be scheduled to teach online. Although online learning displays some imperfections at times, we at Turkana University College, Directorate of Open, Distance and e-Learning (ODeL) embraces the eagle character of soaring to greater heights even in storms and aiming for brilliance all times.
