2. Select make payment

3.Select enter service code TURAPP

4. Input customer reference ie Student Number

5. Enter amount to be paid

6. If it is Mpesa client will get an stk to complete Mpesa transaction

7.If they wish to use other modes other than Mpesa, they will receive a text message from eCitizen which contains a link with other modes of payment.
