The following members constitute the University Academic Board:

(a) The Principal, Chairperson;

(b) The Deputy Principals;

(c) The Deans of the Schools, and Directors of Institutes and Centers;

(d) The Heads of the Teaching Departments of the University College;

(e) The librarian;

(f) One representative of each of the School Academic Boards appointed by the boards from among its members;

(g) Two members elected by the Students’ Organization of the University College

(h)Such other member as the Council may determine in accordance with these Statutes
