The policy on certification requires that a certificate be prepared in accordance with the name on the student’s National Identity Card.

This is to ask all the 2021 graduands to confirm their graduation status and order of names at their respective schools by filling and submitting Graduation Application Form by Friday 19 th November, 2021.
